Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and KW Craft Studio LLC regarding Dosey (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind yourself—and, when you enter information about minors, to do so only as their parent or legal guardian or with appropriate authorization from whoever is responsible for their care.

About Dosey

Dosey helps parents and caregivers log medicine doses (including OTC and prescriptions), optional notes, fever readings and related details, households with shared access, prescribed medicine schedules where you choose to enter them, and optional browser push reminders when supported and enabled. The Service may be updated, changed, or interrupted; we do not guarantee it will be available at all times or error-free.

Dosey is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Not Medical Advice

Information shown in Dosey—including redose intervals, countdown timers, suggestions based on amounts you entered, reminders, or household thresholds—is for convenience and reference only. Nothing in the Service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always follow the directions on medicine packaging and consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, call emergency services (such as 911 in the U.S.) or your local emergency number.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter, including medicine and prescription names, dosage amounts and units, times doses were taken or logged, fever readings, and any notes. The Service calculates timelines and summaries using only what you (or someone with access to your household) provide—errors in input produce incorrect outputs.

Always verify medicines and doses with a qualified healthcare provider or pharmacist. KW Craft Studio LLC does not verify, validate, or substitute for professional judgment.

Account & Household

Keep your credentials confidential. Each household is a shared workspace: every member may view or add data for all children linked to that household. Only share invitations or join codes with people you intend to authorize for that child's care.

You may delete your account subject to our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or if continued operation would create legal or security risk—we will attempt to notify you where practical.

Communications

We may send transactional messages related to the Service (for example, password resets or security notices). If you enable web push notifications where available, prescription-related reminders may be delivered as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use by you and your authorized caregivers. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, access or attempt to access another household's data without permission, probe or breach our systems, scrape or overload the Service, reverse engineer except where applicable law permits, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for children you are not authorized to care for.

Intellectual Property

Dosey, its branding, and the content and software that make up the Service (excluding your own data you enter) are owned by KW Craft Studio LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes in line with these Terms—no ownership rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KW Craft Studio LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of reminders, preservation of particular data formats, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KW Craft Studio LLC—and its officers, owners, contractors, and service providers assisting in operating the Service—will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service—including reliance on countdowns or reminders, prescription timing, missed alerts, wrongful medicine or dosage administered after incorrect entry, interruption of the Service, or data loss—even if advised of the possibility.

To the extent permitted by law, KW Craft Studio LLC's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100); if no fees apply, subsection (b) controls. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or caps—those limits apply only up to what the law allows.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful (such as intentional misconduct or gross negligence in some jurisdictions).

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold KW Craft Studio LLC harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your content or household data entered by your account or your invitees, or your violation of applicable law—to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

Except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection rules where you reside, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which KW Craft Studio LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that state (or federal courts sitting there, where applicable and permitted) shall have jurisdiction over disputes, unless a different venue is required by law.

You and we agree that any cause of action must begin within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and KW Craft Studio LLC about the Service and supersede prior discussions. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign yours without our consent. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, in the app). Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
