We try to reply within a few business days. If a password reset doesn’t arrive, check spam and confirm you’re using the right email—then write us from that inbox if you can.
In the app
- • Household & invites: Household → generate a code to add another caregiver. Everyone in the household can see and edit the same children.
- • Delete your account: When signed in, use Account or Household → danger zone → Delete account (password required). What gets removed depends on whether you’re the last person in the household—see the Privacy Policy.
- • Push reminders (optional): Not configured on Account. In supported browsers, you may see a one-time banner near the top of the app after signing in—“Not now” saves that choice locally. See Account → Prescription reminders (signed-in) for details.
